Kansa City tenderloin was very good. Menu very definitive of Northeast Missouri. Bar available.

Very unsatisfied. Found hair in my food and service was less than even average. Was later in the evening around 8 or so, they weren't busy yet couldn't get the waitresses attention. You know when your wages rely on tips which means on the customer I would suggest paying attention to the customer

I hadn't been into the "new" Nelle's yet. I stopped in, sat myself down as the sign instructed and proceeded to wait. And wait. Realizing I was going to be late to an interview if I waited any longer, I left. I've heard the food is good. Guess I'll find out some other time.

Always a clean and friendly place to eat! The food is always good, reasonably priced, and good portions for the price. All of the food is homemade and fresh, so it might take a little bit (depending on your order) to get your food. Out of the various times that I have been here, depending on the time of day and who's working, depends on the service you get from the servers. There is a bar in a separate room that also serves food, but I haven't been in there.

They are now open 7a-9p if you want to eat DO NOT go at 8:45 even for takeout because the 9pm close is when they want to walk out the door evidently. We got there at 8:43 and told us they were closed and were just waiting for people to leave. Guess where I never will stop again .. yup you got it Nelles!

Very good food but a little pricey

Great little diner. Connected to a gas station, but could easily be a standalone. Good quality food, excellent service.

I would recommend going back to this restaurant, I would go back to this restaurant, it was good food with nice prices. It's a very high class restaurants for being a 24-hour Day restaurant, great quality food friendly service convenient hours, decent menu selection Comfort Foods, Homestyle Foods, Country classics, overall a good restaurant. Not to mention has a very nice decor with a homey atmosphere.

The food is ok..sometimes, what bothers me is the lady running the place. On more than one occasion ive overheard her being nasty and disrespectful to the employees. I asked to speak with her and she never came out. Ive been told im not the first person to complain about her, i wont go back for that reason

Good food. Good service. Average prices. The menu had lots of choices. We would recommend. They made a mistake on my order. I never said a word. Before I could, THEY noticed the mistake on the entree. They told me to keep the wrong one while they made a new one. When they brought the new one, they brought all new sides as well. That was very generous.

Finally took a minute to stop in since the restaurant went through a total rebuild...Nice job guys! The new setup looks great, nice and open, looks sparking clean and decorated well without overwhelming us.I had a hard time finding the "lunch menu" but that's hardly a problem as there are plenty of choices.The salad bar looked decent but I had to try the Ruben. It was good, the "sidewinder" fries look to be hand made and were also good.I'm going to have to come back and try out the bar area, looks great!

Food always good. Except for Ruebens. Marble bread not toasted, used cheese whiz, instead ofceese slices. Never send food back ,but should have!!Suggestion..TACO SALADS.ON THE MENUS IN A TACO BOWL

Excellent service very accommodating I'm on a special diet but they substituted sides without hesitation. Had the best Ultimate omelet I've ever eaten.

Excellent Breakfast..I haven't had Dinner there Yet

Brought a friend. We both had the $9.98 (or so) soup and salad bar. It has one station, divided in two. Both sides were identical, so there wasn't a lot of selection for the price. We both had both soups. I was less enthusiastic than my friend was, but they were okay, not bad. Service was a little unattentive, never picked up any of the finished plates, bowls, but did ask if I wanted more water. There wasn't a lot of patrons today, which is more indicative of the time of day than the quality of the food, which is generally pretty good when not having the salad bar. Service is usually better, but my friend pointed out she might have been new and so may not have known all the things she should be doing, so I went with that.

Wonderful food!! It is a basic restaurant as far as interior. But what I had was simply delicious! I really wanted to try the pie, suspecting it too would be awesome, but alas, I was too full as the portion was very large. Staff very friendly! Stop here if you can! It is worth it!

Was really surprised at our quality of food. Food was excellent..I had the spaghetti special. Very good especially for truck plaza food. Btw..Phillip's 66 fuel I get great mileage with.

Drove down from Wisconsin to see the eclipse, the morning after I was Hungry! The cheese fries with chili had a whole bean chili with a mild spicy flavor, fries were great and the cheese was also on par. I'd like to also mention that I was pleasantly surprised to see the penetration was excellent. Three biscuit, biscuit and gravy was a hair dull, a little salt and pepper and it was tasty town for me. Gravy was smooth but not runny, biscuits were baked just right for forking.I'm from the cheese state so my cheese ball review is entirely biased. They were good but I'll leave that to the rest of you! Stop in and try them out!Coffee was good and hot!Waitress was friendly with prompt service when I seated myself. Earned a good tip!Thank you guys for making my last moment in Missouri a good time!

I ordered the chopped steak patty with a loaded baked tater, corn, house salad and dinner roll. The chopped steak was bland, not bad but bland. The loaded baked tater had cheese on it with strips of bacon as opposed to chunks or bits with butter and sour cream on the side. The corn was ok and the dinner roll was nice and soft. The waitress was not on top of things but they may have been short staffed though. I would be willing to give it another shot. I was not impressed but want dissatisfied with the service either.

Open 24 hours, good food, Breakfast avalible all day, plenty of tables. They serve Pepsi products. The cinnamon rolls are huge.

Very good. Decent prices for the amount of food. I got the hungry trucker and couldn't finish it. Wait staff are very efficient. Clean and spacious with high ceilings.

The staff was amazing but the food was lackluster. I ordered the hot beef as I have numerous times over the years at Nelle's, but not since they have reopened. I did not finish it. No matter how much salt and pepper I added, it still tasted bland. The potatoes have always been instant, but today they tasted like straight water. Not even a smidgen of potato flavor. The gravy could not even save the situation. My mother had the hot tenderloin and had the same issues. Very disappointing experience.

I must say for as quick as they was. The food tasted great! I will be back....

Mom and pop place. Awesome home Cooked food. Friendly staff. My hubby who always finds something to complain about left here happy. And good portion sizes.

Great food and super friendly folks. Was a nice touch that they had a full service bar in the restaurant. There was the regular open seating that you would find in a truck stop Cafe and the bar was separate and super!! Menu was great and had many super specials.

The queso was NOT what I expected! It's cheese sauce from a can. I could've got that at Pilot or Love's. The "street tacos" were NOT street tacos at all! 😆. The tea was really good tho and the service wasn't bad. The truck stop itself was very nice and clean tho with LOTS of parking n g!!

Great service, good breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy, buddy had the truckers breakfast. Both had so much food we couldn't finish either breakfast. Good meal.

Worst restaurant in Cameron. Food absolutely sucks. And the service is even worse. Dont waste your time

Food tasted fine, but orders were incorrect and some of the food never came! Cook came out with a cut t- shirt....might as well of not been wearing any shirt at all!!! Ribs, sides, and nipples all exposed. YUK Waitresses and the cook were playing flirty games with each other and being very loud and laughing out where the customers pay. Very unpleasant visit. We will not be stopping in again for a while.

Not near as good as it was when we are there about 6mths ago!
